Warranty Registration

Each firearm from MG Custom Armory ships with a warranty card explaining the details of our warranty. You must fill out this form if you want to register your firearm for warranty and or repairs if ever needed. (See our warranty details below)



All of our complete firearms which ship from the MG Custom Armory LLC have a limited lifetime warranty. All parts and accessories are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. The liability of MG Custom Armory LLC under this warranty shall be limited to the obligation to repair or replace the item of a manufacturing defect at our discretion including to pay for shipping. The online warranty registration form must be completed and submitted online before any warranty or repair services can commence. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at our contact page at https://www.mgcustomarmory.com/contact-us. We will issue you an RMA # for your return.


PLEASE NOTE: All Returning firearms must have an (RMA) # associated with it, otherwise any shipment received by MG Custom Armory will be returned to the address on the item. The item(s) concerned should be packaged securely and packed right so no damage will arise. If the related claim is an authorized claim for warranty work, MG Custom Armory LLC will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the item(s) to be returned to us. Materials, cases, and boxes used to ship the item(s) to us will not be returned. Under no circumstances shall MG Custom Armory LLC be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or damage to the firearm, whether as a result of shipping or negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. MG Custom Armory LLC will not be responsible for, nor warrant the results of careless handling, unauthorized adjustments, unauthorized repairs, unauthorized modifications, corrosion, neglect, ordinary wear, and tear, or unreasonable use.
